The project is 6 k.m east of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and uttara medel Town. It is located in side the proposed city protection dam to be extended from Tongi to Demra. River Balu is flowing on the east of project while purbachal project of Rajuk is situated on the other side of River. Most of the plots of the project are in Snanghata Mouja while rest of them are in Vaturia, Barkaw, Talia, Polashia and Amaiya mouja.
